Ever-power travel sprockets provide rugged, reliable service and feature replaceable tooth plates for convenient field maintenance. Tooth plates for 102 and 142 series chain are available with a segmental/symmetrical reversible tooth profile. The 142 DBL, TPL in addition to the 175 and 260 series use our nonsymmetrical profile.
Travel sprockets weren’t always designed to be bolted in. At one time they were welded onto the ultimate drive motor and needed 
to be minimize off if they were replaced. Sooner or later, welded-on adapters were mounted that allowed the sprocket to be bolted on, and newer designs utilize the bolted approach altogether.
